Purchasing from T2P could not be easier. Simply browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Once your order has been received it is picked, packaged and despatched in as least time as possible to meet your expectations on delivery. This does mean that amending orders can sometimes be difficult once your order has been placed, as it may have already been picked and shipped. We endeavour to accommodate our customers’ needs, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be amended once it has been placed.
Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, Value Products Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.
Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Train2Protect (T2P) International Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
Overseas Orders: Train2Protect (T2P) International Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.
Shipping And Handling
We reserve the right to charge for re-shipping of orders due to customer error when entering delivery details. If we receive notification of an error within delivery address with sufficient time before that order is despatched, we will make every effort to amend the delivery address details.
All orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We aim to ship within 48hrs of receipt of order and delivery is usually within 2 working days but may take longer. Spend over £150 before VAT and carriage and your order will be despatched free of charge.
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you prior to back ordering for you.
Please note that all prices quoted exclude VAT. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.0% VAT is added. If you or the product is VAT exempt, please contact us before ordering
Credit Card Security
Your security against fraud and identity theft is of paramount importance to us. All online transactions paid for by credit or debit card are processed via Stripe secure servers to ensure total peace of mind. We never hold any credit card details ourselves.

Limit of Liability
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include any losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption; neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

Faulty Goods Returns
If at any time during the products warranty period it develops a fault or stops working, you have the right to return the item for repair or replacement*. Contact our Customer Service Department at sa***@t2*.uk or on 01634 780502 for a returns form.

|1. BOOKING A COURSE*
To secure your booking and avoid disappointment please follow the advice below:
1.1 You may back candidates for our range of open courses directly on-line at www.t2p.co.uk or you can contact us or email sa***@t2*.uk requesting a booking form.
1.2 contact us, email sa***@t2*.uk or call 01634 780502 to discuss dates and request a booking form. You may email or post back the completed booking form
2.1 Request an invoice to be paid in advance. PO to be sent if applicable.
2.2. Request an invoice (subject to a credit check) to be paid prior to certificates being issued.
2.3 You can make full payment with your Booking Form.
2.4 You can contact us by phone to discuss payment methods.
3. Existing clients:
3.1 If you have (or your organisation has) a credit account with Train2Protect (T2P) International Ltd, you should send a purchase order form, or purchase order reference number with your booking, in which case you will be invoiced.
3.2 You may pay as in (2.3) or (2.4) above or as previously agreed.
4. Special requests/conditions
4.1 If the above terms are not acceptable, then please contact us to discuss bespoke conditions.
5. PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS:
5.1 To register interest in a course, a provisional booking will be taken and held for 7 days. After 7 days, confirmation is required or the place, date will be released. Bookings secured as in section 1 above have priority over provisional bookings.
6. LATE BOOKINGS:
6.1 Late bookings, i.e. within five days of course commencement, must be accompanied by full payment or, for existing customers, an official purchase order.
7. COURSE CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
7.1 Whilst T2P will always aim to be as flexible as possible, if you cancel your course booking, or request a postponement to a later date with more than 30 working days before course commencement, there will be no cancellation fee. You will be entitled to have the payment credited against a future course or goods but no refund will be given.
8. LATE COURSE CANCELLATION OR TRANSFER:
8.1 If between 15 and 29 working days’ notice is given then a fee of 50% of the course fee will apply.
8.2. If between 8 and 14 working days’ notice is given then a fee of 75% of the course fee will apply.
8.3. If 7 or less working days’ notice is given, then 100% of the course fee will apply.
8.4. T2P are not responsible for any costs incurred by the customer as a result of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including and not limited to Force Majeure.
8.5 In the unlikely event that T2P cancels your intended course, or re-arranges your intended course and, as a result of such a change, you are unable to attend, you will be entitled to a full refund.
9. COURSE FEES:
9.1 Train2Protect (T2P) International ltd reserves the right to change course fees, terms and conditions at any time.
10.1 All course fees, including cancellation fees, are subject to VAT.
