The lengthy four-year battery shelf life ensures you can rest assured that there is minimal maintenance required when storing your defibrillator. In addition to this, the Heartsine 500P features a two-part system with just one expiration date; the combined electrode and battery pack (Pad Pak) costs much less to replace than many AED’s with separate batteries and electrode pads, meaning a lower cost of ownership.

User Friendly: Visual and voice prompts guide the rescuer through the required process as the Samaritan 500P’s two-button operation provides a user-friendly procedure.

Integrated CPR Advisor: Using an Impedance Cardiogram (ICG), the Samaritan 500P assesses the effectiveness of CPR being performed and provides real time feedback to the rescuer. This feature is unique to Heartsine and unlike other AED’s which give guidance on the depth of compressions based on compressing the chest 6cm, the Heartsine 500P adjusts the need for compressions to match the size of the victim, giving feedback such as “Push Harder”, “Push Faster”, “Push Slower”, “Good Compressions”.
